Polène offers a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. We strive to ensure your leather goods meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and offer a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and state the reason.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original dust bag and protective box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
